Classes follow the RWBM school term dates. Ad hoc classes are available during the summer / breaks.

About The Classes

Classes are booked by the term though drop ins are possible.

Term price is £20 x number of weeks in term.

Drop in classes £24.

Classes are always adjusted to the needs of the group.

Maximum group size is 5.

Missed a class?

You may make up in another studio class during the term when space is available, join via zoom on Thursday or receive a zoom recording.

Private Yoga/Somatic Sessions

Offered in the studio or online

  • Class length is 60, 75 or 90 minutes

  • Booked at your convenience.

  • Private 1:1 classes - £80/hour

  • Block of 10 x 60 min session £750

  • Private duets - £40/hour per person

  • 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all private and ad-hoc classes

Guided Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Relaxation & More

Guided Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Relaxation & Breath Awareness are included in the Aligned Body & Being program as well as the Your Practice Your Life monthly membership.

These offerings will support you in dissolving your stress & tension while creating more peace & calm in your life.
