Ashtanga Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga

based in Windsor, UK

The practice of Yoga is an ancient one.

It helps to quiet the mind by uniting the movement of the body with the breath. At the same time, the practice helps to build both inner and outer strength and flexibility.

Many students experience a sense of peace, internal connection and relief from the stresses of modern life.

Anyone can practice. Young person can practice. Old person can practice. Very old person can practice. Person who is sick, he can practice. Person who doesn’t have strength can practice. Except lazy people; lazy people can’t practice Ashtanga yoga.
