Somatics is about body-mind integration and nervous system balancing. Your muscles tight or restricted due to development reasons, habitual patterns, emotional stress, injuries or trauma.

The small, slow and gentle movements of Somatics are used to re-educate the brain. Your brain can then relax and move your muscles more functionally.

You might learn specially prescribed movements to target a specific issue, or choose to use the general Somatic principles & movements to complement other practices, sports or lifestyles.
